  • 1 large pear
  • 2 tsp cranberry jam
  • 2 tsp pine nuts
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg


  • Cut the pear in half, remove the core with a spoon and place on baking tray.
  • Fill with cranberry jam and top with pine nuts
  • Drizzle with maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes until the maple syrup starts forming bubbles
