Yes I love Meringue. They are so easy to make and offer so much room for creativity. In case you missed it, last year I made cute little snowmen out of meringue (HERE) and I can already promise that this year the sugary little treat will be returning in a few more shades and shapes. For the Valentine’s theme I chose a rather plain looking shape, infused the mixture with a slight strawberry flavour and filled the kisses with chocolate for a surprise effect. If you need a little reminder of how to make meringues, have a look at my ‘Baking with Ratios’ post (HERE), then simply squeeze the mixture onto chocolate chips and bake as usual.
