Thanksgiving is coming up and in the spirit of autumn and comfort food I decided to prepare something extra sweet this year. So instead of making tiny snack cake pops I went for supersized fruit shaped cake pops, covered in colourful white chocolate and sweet crumble. Enjoy the recipe!
STEP 1: CAKEPOPS
This is probably the easiest part of the entire recipe, because all you need to do is mix some cake with buttercream and put it in the fridge. You can either make everything from scratch or if you want to save some time, just buy ready made cake and buttercream (or frosting). Once set, just shape your fruit and put them back into the fridge.

STEP 2: CRUMBLE
For the crumble decoration, simply mix all incredients together and spread the crumble across a baking tray and bake. Afterwords I put everything through a blender to get slighlty finer crumbs.

STEP 3: CHOCOLATE COVER & DECORATING
Simply temper some white chocolate and dye it in whichever colour you desire. Shape the dough into different fruit types, stick them onto a skewer and drag them through your different chocolate colours. This will create a nice swirl effect. Finally roll the bottom half through the crumble and leave to dry. If you have enough room in the fridge, that would speed up the process. And that was it, enjoy your supersized fruit cake pops!
