Dark Chocolate Tart (Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free)

Whenever I look for vegan cake recipes I am disappointed to find most of them are made with nuts. As a family member is highly allergic to most nuts and also most drupes, finding a vegan recipe everyone could eat proved to be a real challenge.
Finally I combined different parts of several recipes I found and came up with this one. The crust is made with almond flour and baked all the way through so in our case allergies are no longer a problem (almonds are seeds, not nuts). It was quick and easy to make and absolutely delicious. Enjoy!
