Ingredients
  • 6small applesorganic if possible
  • 200g white cooking chocolate
  • 200g toffee / carameladd splash of water for melting
  • food colouring
  • skewers
  • decorations
Instructions
  1. Wash apples, use boiling water if they are waxed. Insert skewers.
  2. Melt Caramel in a pot over medium heat and dip apples with a swirling motion. Put on baking tray to dry.
  3. Melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and dip apples with a swirling motion. Put on baking tray to dry.
  4. For marble effect: Separate some of the white chocolate, dye colour of choice, and add back into white chocolate. Avoid stirring to preserve marble effect.
  5. Dip apples in decorations of choice / add decorations.
  6. Put in fridge to harden, Serve.
