Ingredients
Brownie Dough
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 50g protein powder(vegan optional)
  • 50g chocolate chips
  • 2large bananas
  • 100ml apple puree
Toppings
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 20g coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Mix all dough ingredients together in a bowl and put into a bread pan
  2. Preheat oven to 170 °C and bake for 15 minutes
  3. In the meantime melt chocolate and pulse coconut flakes in a belnder until it becomes fine powder
  4. Let brownies cool and add toppings
