Raw granola or ‘Rawnola’ is a very popular breakfast snack in the vegan world. It is so yummy and so easy to make, that I am using it for almost everything. I am adding it to my breakfast alpro yogurt, my lunch smoothie bowls or I am just having it as a snack throughout the day. The best of all, it is chewy, chunky, sugar free and doesn’t need to be baked. Enjoy!
