Pumpkin Pie Spice & Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice Latte | Chapters by S.

Yes it’s this time of the year again. The leaves start turning yellow and red, temperature drops, the sun turns into rain and Starbucks is selling pumpkin spiced lattes. Autumn has fully arrived. Although this year Starbucks actually promised to add pumpkin to their pumpkin spice latte, it turned out to be in form of a concentrate syrup mix.

As a result I went out to buy a small Hokkaido pumpkin for less than 2€ and made 2 pumpkin spice lattes and a pumpkin soup at home. It’s fairly quick and very easy to make and tastes just as good as the Starbucks version. The only tricky bit is the amount of spices you need if you don’t have an already mixed pumpkin spice at home. However, go out and buy a pumpkin, cuddle up and enjoy the advantages of this weather!
