Blueberry Maqui Smoothie Bowl

My favourite breakfast or dessert during summer as well as the colder months of the year is this smoothie bowl. Inspired by my attempt to live vegan for a few months I fell in love with so called smoothie bowls. The recipe is much simpler as it might look and can be adapted to everyone’s different tastes.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp maqui berry powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp shredded dates
Servings: person
Instructions
  1. Blend the frozen bananas with the almond milk until creamy and add the toppings. Enjoy!
